Jerry Nemorin brings proven operational leadership and a deep commitment to serving underserved communities to his role as Chief Executive Officer. His career has been defined by building scalable solutions that help vulnerable populations overcome systemic barriers and achieve lasting stability.

Jerry earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He began his career in corporate finance and financial services, where he gained expertise in organizational strategy and risk management. As a former CEO, his leadership experience includes scaling operations across multiple states, managing regulatory compliance, and developing comprehensive programs that drive measurable outcomes.

His operational philosophy centers on building robust systems and processes that enable organizations to deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining financial sustainability. Jerry focuses on creating organizational cultures that empower both staff and the communities they serve.

As CEO, Jerry is committed to advancing the FQHC’s mission of providing accessible, comprehensive healthcare to all community members. He brings strategic vision for operational excellence, sustainable growth, and innovative program development that addresses the social determinants of health in underserved communities.
